Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

Keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies.

Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience

Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities

Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling

Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce

Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes

Hands‑on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL

Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components

Expertise in version control systems (i.e., Git)

Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and/or other third‑party DevOps tools and continuous integration.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Results‑oriented and self‑motivated

Ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with CRM Analytics or other analytics platforms integrated with Salesforce

Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies

Experience working in large, multifaceted, and matrixed organizations.

Experience within the media entertainment industry

Collaborative team player accustomed to working within and across groups.

Organized and detail‑oriented with an ability to manage time effectively.
