ServiceNow Product Owner – DevOps Enablement We’re looking for a forward-thinking ServiceNow Product Owner to guide the evolution of our enterprise service platform and drive alignment between IT operations, automation, and DevOps initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution—ideal for someone who understands both the business value and engineering depth behind modern service management and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, and DevOps modules. Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks that deliver measurable outcomes.

Champion the adoption of CI/CD, automation, and observability practices through seamless integration between ServiceNow and engineering toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Vault, Kubernetes).

Define and enhance workflows for incident, change, and release management to improve reliability, responsiveness, and visibility across the enterprise.

Partner with infrastructure and SRE teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with multi‑cloud environments and containerized workloads.

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and end‑users—ensuring platform capabilities meet evolving business and operational needs.

Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor platform adoption, performance, and automation effectiveness.

Guide delivery teams toward best practices in ServiceNow development and DevOps‑driven service management.

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive background in ServiceNow product ownership or platform management, with experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or DevOps.

Strong familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies—including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and cloud‑native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams in an agile delivery model.

Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

8+ years of experience in technology roles combining service management, DevOps, and product leadership.

Base pay: $180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

15% annual bonus
