Naptha AI . About The Role: We are seeking an exceptional AI DevTool Go-To-Market Strategy Lead to join Naptha AI at the ground floor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our go-to-market strategy for a revolutionary AI agent interoperability platform, focusing specifically on the AI developer tools ecosystem. Working closely with our Brand Marketer and reporting directly to the CEO, you will help us identify, understand, and validate our ideal early adopters within the AI development community. This role is critical in crafting our path to market from first principles in the rapidly evolving AI tooling space. You will focus on discovering where AI platform builders and developers gather, conducting user interviews with technical audiences, performing deep market research in the AI tooling landscape, and testing different approaches to reach and engage potential users. Your insights will help shape both our product direction and go-to-market strategy while working collaboratively with our Brand Marketer to inform technical messaging.

Responsibilities

Customer & Market Discovery

Lead customer discovery efforts to identify and validate our ideal customer profile within the AI development ecosystem

Design and execute research programs to deeply understand various market segments, with a focus on AI development communities and enterprise AI adoption

Develop and iterate on our go-to-market strategy using Lean GTM methodologies

Create and validate hypotheses about our target market through rapid experimentation

Community Engagement & Growth

Identify and establish presence in key AI development communities and platforms

Design and execute engagement strategies across relevant platforms (GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc.)

Build and nurture relationships with potential early adopters and community leaders

Create and manage content strategy to establish thought leadership in AI agent interoperability

Product Marketing & Messaging

Develop clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with technical audiences

Create compelling narratives around our platform's value proposition

Design and execute competitive analysis to inform positioning

Work with technical teams to translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions

GTM Operations & Tools

Build and manage our GTM tech stack, leveraging AI-powered tools for maximum efficiency

Design and implement systems for tracking key metrics and gathering customer feedback

Create and optimize automated workflows for lead generation and nurturing

Implement and manage tools for customer insight gathering and analysis

Qualifications

5+ years of GTM experience with developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or similar technical products

Deep understanding of the AI tooling ecosystem and developer workflows

Experience bringing developer-focused products to market, especially in AI/ML space

Proven track record of successful GTM strategy development in early-stage environments

Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts

Experience with Lean GTM methodologies and rapid experimentation

Demonstrated ability to build and engage developer communities

Strong analytical skills with experience in technical market research

Excellence in written and verbal communication for technical audiences

Experience with modern GTM tools and AI-powered marketing automation

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency with AI-powered GTM tools (e.g., Octave, Clay, heyreach, Rava.ai)

Experience with community management and engagement platforms

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Churnzero)

Data analysis and visualization capabilities

Content creation and management

Project management and execution

Experience with video communication tools (Loom)
