Marketing Coordinator

to support local marketing efforts and strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and community channels. This is a fully in-office role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to play an active role in growing a trusted local brand.

Day-to-Day: As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play an active role in bringing the company’s brand to life through creative content, community involvement, and digital marketing support. You’ll coordinate with outside partners, assist with campaigns, represent the company at local events, and help maintain a consistent brand presence across social media, email, and web platforms.

Responsibilities: Develop and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and community events Coordinate with the external digital marketing agency to align messaging and campaigns Assist with email marketing efforts including newsletters and promotional updates Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Monitor online reviews and reputation platforms such as Google and Houzz Support the creation of marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and signage Assist with updates to the company website and blog with new content as needed Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors including photographers and printers to maintain brand consistency

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2–5 years of professional marketing experience Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (such as Buffer or Hootsuite) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications: Marketing experience within the construction, design, or home services industry Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics Established community connections in the Gainesville area

Compensation and Perks: Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience Healthcare benefits Paid vacation and paid company holidays Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Supportive, professional work environment with a strong sense of community
