Digital Marketing Coordinator The Digital Marketing Coordinator, provides support to the marketing team to optimize the organization's digital marketing programs with a focus on content creation and management. This role will oversee social media management platform HootSuite, engage customers via social comments/DMs and compile social media analytic reports.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, content, etc.).

Monitor all social channels via HootSuite

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging digital tools.

Ensure all content and campaigns are optimized for search engines and follow brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt strategies.

Targeting Salary range $ 45,000-55,000

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

1 year of experience in digital marketing role

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
