Open Rank - Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician University of South Florida Health – Tampa Campus, in partnership with Shady Grove Fertility Tampa Bay. This is a full‑time, joint clinical and academic appointment. The role integrates reproductive endocrine and infertility care, surgery, teaching, and research within a high‑volume academic medical center.

Position Summary Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based reproductive endocrine and infertility care and surgery, contribute to clinical education, and advance research in reproductive medicine.

Responsibilities

Clinical:

Perform fertility evaluations and treatments (IUI, IVF, ovulation induction), manage endocrine disorders affecting reproduction, provide fertility preservation, and perform minimally‑invasive reproductive surgery at Tampa General Hospital; participate in outpatient clinics, on‑call coverage, and multidisciplinary teamwork; support program expansion and innovation.

Academic:

Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows; lead didactic sessions, journal clubs, grand rounds, and preceptorships; contribute to departmental, college, and university service.

Research:

Design, conduct, or collaborate on clinical, translational, and basic science research; secure external funding; publish findings; present at national and regional conferences.

Administration & Leadership:

Participate in departmental and institutional service; represent the department in external professional activities; aid in program development and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

MD, DO, or MD/Ph.D. from an accredited medical school.

Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.

Full, unrestricted Florida medical license (or equivalent); maintain credentials in the USF Health faculty practice plan.

Demonstrated excellence in clinical care and patient‑centered practice.

For Associate/Full Professor: Proven record of research, scholarly publications, and leadership in REI.

Preferred

Academic teaching and research experience.

Record of scholarly publications or research funding.

Interest in leadership, program development, or innovation in reproductive medicine.
