$90 per hour Schedule:
Full-time, Part-time, Contractor (Up to 5 days/week) Position Description
This position requires an optometrist licensed in Connecticut. The role involves providing vision evaluations, prescribing vision devices, and ensuring proper documentation. Key Responsibilities
Provide vision evaluations: check visual acuity, assess binocular vision, intraocular pressure, pupils; perform full refraction and prescribe appropriate corrections; assess ocular health. Prescribe vision devices, test patients on all applicable equipment to determine suitable options, and instruct proper use. Confirm diagnosis documentation in internal systems. Qualifications
Connecticut Optometry License. Flexible to commute throughout greater Fairfield County area; experience with inside lane operations preferred. Must pass DOJ background check and drug test. Benefits
