This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional with 4+ years of experience, a CPA, and a strong background in tax preparation for private clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partnerships. About the Role: As a Tax Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role in tax compliance and planning, overseeing tax engagements while mentoring junior staff. This position requires an onsite presence in the Houston office daily, offering the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership and high-level clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and private clients. Manage and oversee tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Provide guidance and mentorship to tax staff, reviewing their work and offering feedback. Conduct tax research and assist in strategic tax planning. Maintain strong client relationships and provide advisory services. What We’re Looking For: We seek a detail-oriented leader with strong tax technical expertise and a hands-on approach to tax preparation. Qualifications & Skills: CPA required. 4+ years of tax experience in public accounting. Strong expertise in tax preparation for private clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partnerships. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
