About the Role As a BDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in traditional BDR tasks while shaping our strategic direction. You will contribute to playbooks, foster collaboration across growth, marketing, sales, and product teams, and help build our sales strategies.
What You’ll Do
Source new sales opportunities mainly through outbound strategy by hitting certain activity metrics
A/B test messaging and generate ideas for new ways to drive pipeline
Become a product expert across our platform and understand our competitor landscape
Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
What You Need
6+ months of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline goals
Ability to work within undefined and unrefined processes
Deep interest in understanding business challenges and how to solve them
Experience with Sales Engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
Nice to Haves
Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles
Experience at a high-growth startup
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
Compensation & Benefits
