DaVita Kidney Care – The role is part of the FP&A team within the Home National Team (HNT). The HNT, along with operating partners in the field, has P&L responsibility for nearly $2 billion of revenue from home dialysis across the U.S.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr – $147,000.00/yr

Company Overview DaVita is investing significantly in home dialysis services. Peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD) are growing faster than the core in‑center dialysis business and represent a top strategic priority.
Responsibilities
Annual budgeting for field operations, helping operators manage cost structure.
Monthly reporting of variances to budget and investigations into underlying causes with development of potential remedy options.
Long‑range strategic planning in partnership with Corporate Finance & Corporate Strategy teams.
G&A management for HNT.
Analyze large datasets, produce insights, and present story/recommendations.
Oversee management of home‑related data for field users with the Anaplan Center of Excellence team.
Support field finance teams with data analytics and tools.
Develop business case/ROI, track performance of initiatives, and shape outcomes.
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations in primary supply agreements for home medical supplies in conjunction with Enterprise Procurement.
Craft ad‑hoc analyses for senior management.
Accountable for 1‑2 teammates at the analyst level.
Help build the culture within the Home Finance team.
Attract, develop, and retain talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate FP&A, corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable field.
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with large datasets required; preferred experience with Hyperion Essbase, SQL, Anaplan, but not required.
Additional Duties
Attend team meetings, video conferences, and training as needed.
Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and company procedures.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
