Title : Senior Enterprise Account Executive Location : San Diego, CA (Hybrid or Onsite) Compensation : Up to 150k base DOE + $350k OTE + full range of benefits What You’ll Do Drive enterprise-level sales across key biotech, pharma, and life sciences accounts Lead a consultative sales process, uncovering pain points and crafting tailored solutions Develop and present ROI-based proposals that demonstrate measurable business value Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and customer success teams Build long-term partnerships that expand account value and strategic impact What You’ll Bring 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within biotech, life sciences, or scientific technology Proven track record of complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite decision-makers Ability to build and deliver quantifiable business cases Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Strong business acumen and comfort discussing ROI, efficiency, and operational impact US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
