Responsibilities
Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi‑disciplined team
Improve cycle time and lead time
Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Create and oversee improvement projects
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Perform hardware defect analysis
Participate in corrective action investigations
Qualifications (Required)
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience interpreting and improving technical drawings
Experience communicating technical information to different audiences
Experience with technical writing
Experience with MRP systems
Experience teaching, training and/or mentoring manufacturing systems to junior engineers
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications (Preferred)
Preferred degrees: Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Ability to identify, reduce and eliminate cost, quality and schedule constraints through technical engagements
Understand and utilize factory and program performance data
Lean manufacturing skills and understanding of factory layout/flow, continuous improvement process, and value stream analysis
Participate with program and/or LT teams to provide perspective for successful program planning, organization and execution

Salary range: USD 82,000 – 164,000
