This position provides strength training to student-athletes. Principal Accountabilities
Works under the supervision of the Director of Strength and Conditioning. Direct responsibilities for year-round programs for assigned teams. Supervises athletics weight room, inventory, and maintenance. Recommend purchases regarding strength and conditioning equipment. Work in conjunction with athletic trainers regarding injuries, rehabilitation, and nutrition. Coordinate with coaches regarding schedules and needs. Commitment to and compliance with the University’s and Department of Athletics policies and procedures as well as the MEAC and NCAA constitutions, bylaws, legislation, and regulations. Other duties as assigned by Senior Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance. Supervisory Authority
Reports to the Senior Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-4 years of experience in college strength and conditioning CSCS and/or CSCCA Certification required Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
