Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable Location: 1740 Cesar Chavez St. Unit 2W San Francisco, CA 94124 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pay rate: $30/hour

Position: Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable – responsible for clerical support in the Administrative Office. Duties include greeting visitors, filing, office correspondence, invoice processing, and general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Maintain department filing system.

Order office supplies as required.

Assist in submitting invoices for payment and reconciling expense reports.

Complete special projects as assigned by corporate leadership.

Communicate professionally at all times with visitors and teammates.

All other duties as assigned.

Sitewide Data Entry.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

At least 18 years of age.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to verbally communicate with guests.

Previous administrative support experience, preferred.
