Job Description What you will be doing:

Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.

Providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.

Helping customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in the store.

Answering any questions about current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.

Acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.

Providing expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.

Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.

Contributing to a fun and competitive environment; connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

What you will need to have

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Generally requires 2‑5 years related experience; preferred experience in consumer electronics/wireless retail sales.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime as needed; ability to work in alternate stores outside the home base store.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand/move around the store constantly.

Compensation

Base pay: $18.75 per hour.

Target compensation: $24.19–$27.09 per month (≈$50,320–$56,352 annually).

Uncapped commissions available for overachievers.
