Vice President of Data Center Acquisitions
Our client, a $20B+ real estate investment firm, is seeking a VP of Data Center Acquisitions to join the team.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute the investment roadmap for expanding the North American data center portfolio, identifying new opportunities in established and emerging markets.
Leverage deep knowledge of data center markets to inform business decisions and shape the company’s real estate strategy. Maintain insight into competitive landscapes, regional trends, and capital markets.
Source, structure, and close acquisitions and development deals in collaboration with internal teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders. Oversee feasibility studies, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction closing.
Prepare materials such as investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals and present findings to the executive leadership team.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and enterprise clients. Coordinate with equity partners and lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Advise senior leadership and the Board on strategic real estate initiatives, providing clear insights on costs, risks, and returns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
10+ years of real estate investment, acquisitions, or development experience
Data center or mission‑critical infrastructure experience is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proven record leading complex transactions from origination to closing
Experience collaborating with hyperscale or enterprise-level clients preferred
