$35–40/hour | 3-month assignment with potential to convert
Our client, a global alternative asset manager overseeing $20 billion in assets — is seeking a
Corporate Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst
to support its treasury and accounting operations. This role offers exposure to complex multi‑entity accounting and is ideal for someone ready to make an impact in a high‑performing environment.
What You’ll Do:
Process invoices, checks, and wires across multiple entities
Reconcile accounts, manage cash flow, and assist with financial close
Prepare journal entries, 1099s, and audit documentation
Support tax and compliance functions, including use tax analysis
Collaborate with the broader accounting team to enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of corporate accounting or AP experience
Solid understanding of general ledger and accrual‑based accounting
Advanced Excel and strong documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Experience with Netsuite is a plus!
