Location Denver, CO (preferred) or USA (remote)
Denver office 2x/week if hired in Denver
Annual Salary $165,000 – $175,000 base + annual bonus potential.

The Opportunity Lead the strategic and operational heartbeat of Assignar’s go‑to‑market engine. This high‑impact role requires a builder and strategic operator who can connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and turn data and process into predictable growth.
What You’ll Do Own the GTM operating framework: metrics, process, accountability, and cross‑functional alignment.
Partner with leaders to align GTM plans with company goals, turning insight into action.
Build forecasting and capacity models that drive confidence in performance.
Optimize and evolve the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Salesloft, Clay, Discern, Zendesk, and others).
Deliver dashboards and insights that power better executive decisions.
Operate as a hands‑on IC, designing and executing the systems and analytics that scale growth.
About You 7–10 years in GTM, Revenue, or Sales/Marketing Ops at B2B SaaS or tech companies.
Skilled in scaling across multiple regions and navigating complex contracting models.
Strong hands‑on execution background—built dashboards and optimized funnels yourself.
Trusted by executives with structure, insight, and strategic focus.
Analytical, balanced, and pragmatic; prioritize what matters most and deliver results.
