Who are we? One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in Madison, Wisconsin, has an opportunity for a Team Leader/CEO. This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and non-selling Team Leader. Relocation to the Madison market is required and okay if needed. This is an opportunity, not a job, for the right person who is a top producer with a track record of leadership and who understands KW systems and business models. They are dynamic, assertive, and people-oriented with strong communication skills and the energy and passion to influence others. They aim to build a dominant real estate company in their market and lead and influence others while aligning with the Operating Principal’s vision and Keller Williams Growth Initiative standards and Market Center goals. They will leverage Growth Initiative tools to meet expectations for recruiting appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, profitability, and Career Growth Initiative tools to coach the top 20 percent of agents toward goals and productivity solutions. They demonstrate the WI4C2TS belief system and prefer a bottom-up leadership style focused on building a strong team. Experience: at least 2–3 years in real estate sales, top 5 percent of their office, with understanding of basic financials (e.g., P&L) to inform business decisions. Strong goal-setting, learning mindset, and relationship-building are required. Compensation: Base Salary $60,000; expected end-of-year earnings $110,000–$120,000; profit sharing; bonuses; paid time off (PTO). Responsibilities
Lead the Market Center Implement OP’s vision Use Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, new recruits, and profitability Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention Lead development of associates to achieve a minimum average income per associate Attain a dominant market share in target markets Build the Market Center toward acceptable profitability Consult administrative staff and provide training opportunities Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire) Share the Market Center value/opportunities story with leadership and associates Oversee training for existing sales associates Lead sales and business meetings Manage staff to professionalism and performance Research competition and develop prospecting/marketing strategies Facilitate regular sales meetings Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates Qualifications
