Complex Sales Manager - DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Downtown and Boston Bayside
We are seeking a Complex Sales Manager to support both Boston Downtown and Boston Bayside locations. The role reports to the Complex Director of Sales and Marketing and oversees the sales and servicing of the combined 464 rooms and 2,000+ square feet of meeting space.
Responsibilities The Complex Sales Manager will:
Research, solicit, and generate new group leads through database research and proactive sales efforts to maximize room revenue and meet lead generation goals.
Represent the hotel in developing new customer relationships while maintaining existing accounts, consistently maximizing revenue and profitability.
Develop and execute a business strategy based on historical and current market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture maximum lead revenue.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client events, including menu planning, catering, meeting room setup, and additional requested services.
Qualifications
Minimum one year of sales experience in a hotel group sales environment or related event management field.
Proven track record of converting group leads and managing conference details into successful bookings.
Strong knowledge of the Boston market and ability to drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
Experience using a FDC system such as Delphi and proficiency in data entry and analysis.
