Job Responsibilities

Research, solicit, and generate new group leads through database research and proactive sales efforts to maximize room revenue.

Represent the hotel in developing market segments and building new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts.

Develop and execute business strategy based on historical and current market trends to meet and exceed sales goals.

Apply strong sales skills to create customer value, differentiate Hilton from competitors, and bring clear value to clients.

Engage in prospecting activities such as industry tradeshows, customer events, and outside sales calls to uncover needs and win new business.

Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with end‑user customers and intermediaries, ensuring financial goals of the hotel are protected.

Coordinate customer specifications and maintain account and booking information in Delphi FDC per defined standards.

Desired Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager in a hotel group sales environment.

Proven track record of converting group leads into successful bookings.

Strong sales, communication, and networking skills.

Deep understanding of customer needs with disciplined qualification, negotiation, and closing approach.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau, and intermediaries.
