We are looking for a professional to advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, provide strategic consulting on business analysis, manage working capital, profit sharing, pricing implications between related parties, and tax implications of deals. Our team helps clients navigate the complex national and international tax environment related to capital requirements, operational tax risks and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax or related role

CPA, member of the bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credential.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in tax issues facing multinational US companies or publicly traded entities, particularly in tax consulting, reporting and compliance.

Proven record as a tax technical professional researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view.

Experience with automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including innovation through new technologies and data analytics.

Strong client engagement and communication skills, participating in client discussions and meetings actively.

Ability to manage engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics.

Technical knowledge of tax tools and resources such as Corptax, OneSource, or similar platforms; ability to use research methods including Westlaw, RIA, CCH.

Leadership experience, creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads, and providing timely feedback.

The salary range for this position is:
