A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, act as a strategic consultant on business analysis, manage working capital and profit sharing for partners, and provide guidance on pricing and tax implications of inter‑company transactions and deals.
Base Pay Range $99,000 / yr – $266,000 / yr

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience relevant to tax and finance.
Certification(s) required: CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance credentials.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated record of success in dealing with tax issues facing multinational US companies or publicly traded entities (tax consulting, reporting and compliance).
Proven expertise as a tax technical professional, researching business and industry trends to develop viewpoints and assist with proposals across multiple lines of service.
Extensive experience with automation and digitisation in a professional services environment, including innovating with new technologies and experimenting with digitisation solutions.
Experience working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualisation tools.
Active participation in client discussions and meetings.
Strong communication of a broad range of firm services.
Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics while handling unanticipated issues.
Executing corporate planning and compliance, tax accounting and financial reporting, including tax provision preparation, audit and review with ASC 740 techniques.
Technical skills with tax tools and platforms such as Corptax, OneSource, or similar.
Research skills using Westlaw, RIA, CCH and other resources.
Ability to create a positive environment by monitoring team workloads, meeting client expectations, and respecting work‑life quality.
Providing timely, meaningful feedback and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
