Job Details This is a full‑time Resident Manager I position for affordable housing properties in Oahu, HI. Onsite housing may be available. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. A valid driver’s license is required. Yardi is a plus. The candidate must either have a REL license or be willing to obtain one within 9 months of hire. Salary range: $21.17 – $36.85 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.17 – $29.01 per hour, DOE. Please note that an offer will be based on the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
Responsibilities
Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent roll, verify income
Comply with HUD, TCAC or other regulations
Maintain waiting list, prepare and process leases
Supervise on‑site staff
Process evictions, conduct annual inspections, coordinate repair
Submit vouchers for HUD properties
Qualifications
1+ year of property management experience
Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
