Save Job

Overview Life Space Digital is redefining the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) space by transforming elevators and shopping malls into dynamic, data-driven media platforms. Our displays create new engagement opportunities for property owners, tenants, and advertisers - integrating premium content, building communications, and real-time analytics. We’re scaling from pilot to enterprise deployments across marquee properties, requiring strong operational leadership to ensure seamless activations and best-in-class tenant engagement.

We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain who will own Life Space Digital’s end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. From forecasting and procurement through logistics, warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery, you will build a scalable supply chain operation that balances cost, quality, and speed. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Field Operations, and vendor partners to ensure the right equipment arrives at the right place, at the right time, every time.

This is a hands-on builder role: you will architect systems, establish vendor partnerships, and implement best practices to support a rapidly expanding hardware and installation footprint.

What you get to do

Forecasting & Planning: Develop demand forecasting models tied to sales pipeline, deployment schedules, and vendor lead times.

Maintain just-in-time inventory to minimize capital lock-up and obsolescence.

Procurement & Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and manage global vendor relationships (hardware, packaging, logistics, warehousing).

Establish volume-based contracts, tiered pricing, and SLA-driven agreements.

Create and manage supplier scorecards for cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Logistics & Distribution: Oversee global logistics from factory to U.S. port, including freight forwarders and customs.

Manage domestic distribution: port drayage, inland trucking, and regional warehousing hubs.

Optimize last-mile delivery to mall and elevator installation sites, ensuring just-in-time delivery aligned with install crews.

Packaging & Equipment Handling: Lead packaging design strategy to maximize container efficiency, reduce damage, and cut costs.

Establish reverse logistics process for RMAs, disposals, and equipment returns.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control: Implement inbound/outbound QC processes at factories and warehouses.

Ensure compliance with international shipping standards (ISTA, ISPM-15, UN3481 for batteries).

Systems & Process Ownership: Select and implement MRP/inventory management system, integrating with Finance for COGS and forecasting.

Develop SOPs and playbooks for supply chain, packaging, and logistics workflows.

Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with Finance on budgeting, ROI validation, and cash flow planning.

Support Field Ops with reliable equipment flow to installations.

Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team as operations scale.

Who you are

8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (hardware, electronics, or capital equipment strongly preferred).

Proven success managing international supply chains (China/Asia to U.S.) at scale.

Deep knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and domestic U.S. logistics.

Experience with packaging optimization and industry standards for electronics transport.

Strong background in ERP/MRP or inventory management systems.

Track record of vendor negotiation and cost-down initiatives.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.

Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
