About the Team This hybrid role will be based in one of our US corporate locations (OR, TX, NC) and will report to the Director, HR Operations. This position will lead a team of three HRIS Analysts and collaborate closely with the HR Connect team and other key stakeholders to provide support for Qorvo’s HRIS systems (SuccessFactors and SAP HCM).
About the Role This is a hands-on, technical HRIS Manager position requiring direct, daily engagement with Qorvo’s HRIS platforms—most critically SuccessFactors. You will actively manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and configure SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will lead and mentor a team of four analysts, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality work and professional growth. The role demands a proactive approach to system administration and team leadership, including resolving technical issues, implementing new features, and adapting system functionality to meet evolving business needs.
What You Will Do Leveraging your proven success in managing HRIS systems and people, you will:
Perform regular, hands-on administration of SuccessFactors (full HCM suite), including user management, module configuration, and troubleshooting system errors.
Lead the configuration and implementation of new features and enhancements in SuccessFactors, validating all changes through rigorous testing.
Maintain and update system workflows, security settings, and documentation to support business requirements.
Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues across all HR systems and modules, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four analysts, setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality results.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Serve as a liaison and translator between business needs and HR technology solutions by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify system requirements, evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure processes align with organizational needs.
Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues
Proactively communicate and challenge processes and technologies to enable business partner strategies, remove barriers, and promote faster solution delivery
Partner closely with support functions to ensure all initiatives and requirements are well understood
Accountable for HRIS security, data integrity, conducting regular audits of HR data, and conduct appropriate system testing of system changes
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred.
At least 8 years of progressive, hands-on HRIS experience.
Demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, with hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the module.
Excellent communication skills suited to the audience; the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to independently manage technical system tasks, resolve errors, and implement configuration changes.
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel (V-Look Ups, X-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, etc.).
High level of partnering, influencing, coaching, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Takes action and anticipates situations and solutions. Understands how individual actions impact overall results.
Strong follow-through skills and strong sense of ownership.
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work for maximum efficiency.
Ability to independently research issues by searching and leveraging extensive vendor support documentation and training materials.
Passion for continuous improvement and lean principles.
Ability to quickly adapt to and embrace change, learn new systems and processes.

Understanding of industry best HR practices, leverage relevant metrics and possess an appetite for innovation.
Experience with SAP HCM and/or other HRIS systems.
Experience writing and executing test scripts across a range of HR functional areas.
Demonstrate ability to rise to business challenges, thinking on their feet and resolving problems/removing roadblocks.
Experience with Alteryx a plus.
Experience working across countries/regions in a large multi-national corporation preferred.
Strong reporting and analytical mindset.
