Graham Technologies is hiring a Physical Security Specialist to manage the full SCIF/collateral lifecycle, conduct inspections, produce accreditation documentation, and drive compliance with DoD/ICD-705 and related standards.
Location: Springfield, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage SCIF/collateral lifecycle (concept through disposition); conduct audits for keys/locks/GSA containers/alarms. Prepare FFCs, inspection reports, accreditation memos; deliver briefings and training. Maintain databases/records; generate reports/metrics; draft SOPs and policy inputs. Conduct global site visits and risk assessments; analyze complex physical security issues and recommend solutions. Support administrative custodianship for related databases/networks as needed. Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly 5+ years in physical security; documented ICD-705 SCIF inspection and FFC experience. Demonstrated experience writing security reports/metrics, risk assessments, and training. Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to stand/walk/climb for extended periods. Preferred Skills:
SFPC, PSC, ASIS, ICD-705 course; experience with IDS; DoD Key & Lock Program. Experience in other security disciplines; prior Construction Security Monitor.
