We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Web Store Operations Specialist
to support and optimize the daily operations of our eCommerce websites. In this role, you’ll help drive online sales by ensuring accurate product categorization, seamless site merchandising, and smooth execution of web operations. You’ll collaborate across multiple departments—including Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, and Product—to maintain and enhance the online customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and engaging site merchandising across all eCommerce platforms through daily product categorization, taxonomy execution, and regular site audits. Manage product visibility through rejection resolution and sweeping processes to ensure optimal online presentation. Execute a range of operational tasks including marketing promo setup, shipping detail updates, filter audits, and static content management. Monitor, document, and troubleshoot technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them efficiently. Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all workflows and key processes. Identify and support opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements. Conduct competitive and industry research; summarize findings and make strategic recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to support promotions, product launches, and other initiatives. Proactively problem-solve and minimize disruption to the business or customer experience. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, or Project Management Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, KPIs, and digital best practices Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and data Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Experience with A/B and multi-variate testing tools Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Proactive, agile, and collaborative approach to problem-solving Passion for enhancing the digital customer journey and online brand experience
