plays a key role in executing and maintaining
day-to-day eCommerce operations
to support and drive online sales across multiple brand websites. This position ensures accurate
site merchandising , product categorization, and seamless user experience. The role requires exceptional attention to detail,
strong analytical skills , and cross-functional collaboration with teams in
Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, and Product
to optimize site performance and enhance the customer journey.

Contract Details
Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: Approximately 3.5 months Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $29.12–$34.48 per hour
Key Responsibilities Execute accurate
site merchandising
experiences through ongoing categorization upkeep, taxonomy, and navigation optimization.
Manage and maintain
product categorization and daily site sweeping
to ensure accuracy across all brand sites.
Support promotional and operational functions, including static content updates, marketing setups, shipping updates, and filter audits.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
for workflows and ensure consistent execution.
Troubleshoot site issues and defects, escalating findings to management and cross-functional teams.
Partner with eCommerce Operations leadership to identify
process improvement and automation opportunities .
Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis through
site deep dives , documenting insights and recommending optimizations.
Collaborate across internal departments to resolve issues efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
Required Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
At least
1 year of experience
in
Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, Project Management, or Product Management .
Strong understanding of
eCommerce operations and KPIs .
Experience with
Adobe Analytics
or
Google Analytics
and familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing.
Proficiency in
Excel
and data-driven reporting.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Passion for improving
customer experience
and enhancing
brand equity
online.
