About the Role Bob Bell Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and experienced
Service Advisor
to join our high-volume dealership. If you have a strong background in customer service, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience with GM vehicles — we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Greet customers and gather vehicle information
Accurately document customer concerns and symptoms
Recommend maintenance services based on mileage, age, and history
Create detailed cost estimates for parts and labor
Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated
Review and finalize repair orders and invoices
Clearly explain repairs and charges to customers
What We're Looking For
Previous experience
as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required)
Proven track record of
excellent customer satisfaction
High energy, reliable, and team-oriented
Long-term career mindset with a desire to grow
Strong communication and organizational skills
CDK
software experience (a plus)
GM dealership experience and/or bilingual (Spanish)
skills are a
plus
