Local candidates only, this is on-site 5 days per week in Marlborough, MA Recruiter Pay up to $33/hr On-site M-F, 5 days per week in Marlborough, MA 7:30am-3pm Temp to perm Must haves 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience Tech savvy, ATS experience Comfortable with creative sourcing and making a high volume of phone calls Strong sense of urgency Nice to have, not required Recent ADP Workforce Now software experience Nonprofit or healthcare industry experience Agency experience Responsibilities This recruiter will conduct full cycle recruiting for healthcare/nonprofit roles. This person needs to be able to get creative, solve problems, and pivot when something isn’t working. Full cycle recruiting including creative sourcing, intake meetings, and screening candidates, through to offer.
