Controller

We’re hiring a Corporate Controller to manage financial operations for a manufacturing company with multiple locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role supports the CFO and helps lead financial strategy and reporting.

Responsibilities

Handle financial reporting and global consolidations across 10–12 profit centers

Manage treasury and foreign currency operations

Prepare for IPO and ensure SEC compliance

Lead system implementation using Sage across all entities

Support AI tools in finance

Apply complex accounting rules and manage M&A financial integration

Requirements

CPA preferred

Experience in global finance and multi-entity accounting

Knowledge of SEC reporting, IPO prep, and technical accounting

Skilled in treasury, FX, Sage systems, and financial modeling

Background in manufacturing finance is a plus
