Senior Executive Recruiter | Accounting and Finance | LHH | Greater Philadelphia and Central/Southern New Jersey LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on, strategic Corporate Controller to support the CFO in leading core accounting functions and driving financial excellence across the organization. This is a high-impact role within a growing company, ideal for a CPA with strong consolidation (global level), IPO readiness, SEC Reporting, audit experience, M&A due diligence and AI automation. Lead and manage the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all entities. Oversee multi-currency, global financial consolidations and reporting. Serve as the primary liaison for external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Support the CFO with ad hoc strategic initiatives, including M&A execution, financial modeling, and board-level reporting. Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and FX hedging strategies. Drive deployment of new and complex accounting pronouncements and ensure proper implementation. Lead system implementations and AI-driven automation initiatives to enhance financial processes. Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. CPA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. Strong background in audit, consolidations, and month-end close. Experience in a corporate setting; manufacturing or inventory-based industries a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills. $150,000-$170,000 Benefits
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision. PTO is offered on an accrual basis. Paid sick leave where applicable by state law. Application
