$120,000–$135,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Corporate Controller to lead financial operations across a multi-entity manufacturing and distribution organization. This role will work closely with the CFO to manage financial consolidations, audits, and process improvements, while also supporting automation initiatives and overseeing Canadian operations. Responsibilities
Lead the
consolidation of financials
across multiple manufacturing and distribution entities and profit centers, rolling up to corporate. Manage and coordinate the
annual audit process , ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP. Partner with the CFO to drive
finance transformation , including automation and process improvement initiatives. Oversee
financial reporting and analysis
for U.S. and Canadian operations, including 10–12 distribution centers. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial policies. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth. Utilize

ERP systems for financial management and reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including
consolidations and audit management . Experience in
manufacturing and distribution
environments with
multi-entity structures . Strong understanding of Canadian financial regulations and cross-border operations. Proven track record in
process improvement and automation . Proficiency in
MASS500
and
Sage100
