Role Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to join their team in Bridgeton, NJ. You’ll support full-cycle HR functions—from recruitment and onboarding, to benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role is 100% on site.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, post, and manage job requisitions; screen candidates; schedule interviews; coordinate onboarding.
Facilitate new hire orientation and support employee offboarding.
Administer benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, leave management).
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and documentation.
Ensure compliance with NJ state and federal employment laws.
Update and maintain HRIS and internal records.
Support performance management and staff training initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong knowledge of NJ and federal employment laws.
Proficiency with HRIS.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus.
Salary Range 110,000-125,000
annually (based on experience and qualifications)
