HR Analyst

What You Will Be Doing
Administer employee
benefits programs
(medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA) and serve as the main contact for enrollment, claims, and compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Support
open enrollment , benefits audits, and vendor coordination to ensure data accuracy and service quality.
Lead and support
recruitment efforts , including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing vendors, and legal teams on contracts, compliance, and relocation coordination.
Manage
employee relations
by addressing concerns, guiding policy interpretation, and supporting managers on HR issues.
Ensure consistent HR policy communication, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR functions including benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Manufacturing industry experience.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
