Seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave. This role ensures all offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while enhancing employee satisfaction and well-being. Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement. Evaluate and recommend benefits strategies in partnership with HR leadership. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate provider contracts. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.). Oversee open enrollment, employee communications, and benefits training. Analyze plan performance and recommend cost-effective improvements. Address complex employee benefits inquiries and issues. Collaborate with HRIS and payroll to ensure accurate benefits administration. Supervise and mentor Benefits Specialists. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits management. CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Strong knowledge of benefits laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office/Google Suite. 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance. Generous PTO and immediate eligibility for company-matched retirement plan.
