Human Resources Information System Analyst
This role supports the organization’s Human Resources systems (Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM) and data processes within a healthcare environment. The HRIS Analyst will assist with the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of features and functions within the organization’s enterprise HR system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to design, implement, and enhance HR system functionality.
Analyze and streamline HRIS processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improved user experience.
Provide reporting, analytics, and trend analysis in areas such as compensation, benefits, and workforce metrics.
Support HR staff by responding to system inquiries, performing data audits, and providing end‑user training.
Manage documentation, workflows, and system configuration records to ensure consistent operation and knowledge transfer.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend system or process improvements.
Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends and recommend innovative tools or features that enhance HR service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive HR or HRIS experience, including system administration or implementation support.
Experience with major HRIS platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM (healthcare experience preferred).
Familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Excel Add‑ins, or Power BI).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience in project coordination or system rollout initiatives within HR or IT.
Knowledge of database concepts, data integrity practices, and HR data security standards.
