Process and record routine accounting transactions to journals, ledgers, or other records, ensuring accuracy Compile, sort, and file documents such as invoices and checks to substantiate business transactions Prepare routine invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other financial records Assist employees, vendors, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating, and purging Qualifications
Associate\'s degree in Accounting preferred Experience may be substituted for education Proficiency in the use of relevant software applications and spreadsheets required Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications
