F.A. Wilhelm Construction is hiring a Project Accountant to support accurate and consistent accounting functions for an assigned project located at Eli Lilly, Inc., Lebanon plant.

Key Responsibilities
Review and process vendor and subcontractor invoices.
Process monthly closing/account reconciliations.
Review contracts to ensure billings are sent correctly.
Collaborate with the project team regularly or as needed.
Collect and review all pertinent subcontractor paperwork.
Prepare invoice package including all applicable backup.
Assist other team members as needed.

What It Takes
A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Combination of associate’s degree plus 2-4 years relevant experience, or 6+ years experience, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and various accounting software.
