Overall Description:
The Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) is responsible for collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests and ensure/support dealer's compliance to our client's Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. The Contractual Manager oversees a portfolio of change requests to update pertinent dealer information. Change requests must be processed timely with adherence to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and respective state statutes. The Contractual Manager is the subject matter expert on our client's Policy, Processes and Procedures.
Responsibilities:
Review and process dealer change requests
Communicate with dealers and internal teams to gather necessary documentation
Enter and update dealer information in internal systems
Prepare contracts and program enrollment forms
Draft letters and responses to dealer inquiries
Support electronic signature processes for contractual documents
Coordinate with legal and market teams to complete proposals
Track and manage requests using internal tools
Assist with re-contracting and background checks
Analyze financial reports and dealer forecasts
Maintain organized digital files and records
Respond to emails and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and legal teams
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in managing database information
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Effective analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Good oral, written, and communication skills
Highly motivated
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work in teams
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
