What you’ll do: As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This branch team approach involves two or three people, with you as a critical member along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in the door. The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. $21.00/hr - $22.00/hr Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in the clients\' lives that may indicate a need for additional services Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience Support marketing initiatives and execute on the branch business plan What you’ll do day-to-day

Assist with account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence Coordinate with a broad team to provide administrative support Skills & Requirements

Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; assist with account openings, transfers, and other requests; maintain accurate client records Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; manage scheduling, materials for meetings, correspondence, and marketing support; contribute to updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs (MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software) Benefits & Compensation
