Job Description Serves as Scrum Master and Agile Facilitator for the integration of six separate program systems into the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES).
The role ensures the Scrum process runs smoothly, keeps the team on track, facilitates daily Scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and removes impediments.
The Scrum Master protects the team from outside distractions, fosters collaboration, and drives successful delivery of integration and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices and principles.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Remove impediments, protect the team from external distractions, and ensure sprint commitments are met.
Maintain Scrum artifacts and progress metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
Education:
Technical training, certification(s), or degree.
Required Certifications:
Cloud+, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL 4 Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Agilist, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM).
3+ years of related experience with Agile and Scrum in a defense or IT services environment.
Top Secret security clearance; must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
US citizenship required.
Relocation may be available; primary work location Offutt AFB.

Salary Range:
$114,750 - $155,250 (based on experience, location, and contractual requirements).
Hours:
40 hours/week.
Travel:
Less than 10%.
Telecommuting:
Onsite only.
