Job Description Responsibilities: Lead complex projects with high ambiguity, applying appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Uphold project governance throughout the lifecycle. Align projects with business goals and provide strategic direction. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. Manage scope, cost, and time adjustments effectively. Deliver outcomes defined by Product Owner (Agile) or Scope (Waterfall). Ensure projects stay within budget and financial guidelines. Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration. Oversee vendor alignment with project goals and expectations. Manage large teams with internal and external resources. Promote innovation and continuous improvement within teams. Collaborate with PMO leadership to align strategies with business objectives. Requirements:

10+ years' experience managing medium-to-complex projects across multiple workstreams/business areas. Advanced French (B2+) is a must. Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Project Management certification (PMP, PMI, Prince2); Scrum/SAP certifications are a plus. Pro-active and self-started approach. Strategic planning to align projects with organizational goals. Mentor project managers and teams; build strong stakeholder relationships. Risk management with contingency planning. Foster innovation and improve project outcomes. Set clear performance standards and provide feedback/coaching.

Hybrid type of work - 3 days per week from the office in Amsterdam.
