Compensation Package
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of business insurance accounts with premiums ranging from $150,000 to $1,000,000.
Handle day‑to‑day account servicing, including marketing renewals and preparing proposals.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations such as CRIS are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $150,000 or more.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is preferred.
Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
