The

Digital Marketing + Paid Media Manager

will lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Display Network, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads with the focus of lead generation. This role requires a data-driven marketer with hands‑on platform expertise and strategic leadership skills.

The focus is on driving lead generation, optimizing performance through continuous testing and automation, and balancing innovation with compliance in highly regulated industries such as financial services and insurance.

*MUST HAVE agency experience dealing with clients in the financial or insurance space.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

5+ years managing paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Display, Microsoft, and Meta Ads.

Proven experience in lead generation; background in insurance or financial services preferred.

Agency experience and familiarity with compliance-heavy environments a plus.

Proficiency with analytics and management tools including Skai, SA360, SEMrush, Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with an ability to lead client-facing meetings.

Expertise in A/B testing, automated bidding, performance modeling, and cross-channel media planning.

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, invoicing, and media spend reconciliation.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of tactical precision and strategic vision.

Develop and execute paid media strategies across major search and social platforms with a focus on full-funnel lead generation.

Build, launch, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

Conduct monthly account audits to ensure peak performance and compliance with industry regulations.

Partner with creative teams to produce high‑performing assets and guide data‑backed storytelling.

Present performance dashboards and insights to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance modeling to align with business objectives.

Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to review copy, disclosures, and landing pages.

Stay current on platform updates, emerging tools, and media innovations to drive growth opportunities.
