Base pay range \$62,500.00/yr - \$65,000.00/yr

Restaurant Manager We are currently seeking a

Restaurant Manager . The Restaurant Manager is a full‑time position that oversees the Restaurant, its staff, and additional F&B venues within the hotel.

Requirements

Passion for culinary excellence and guest service.

Must be able to work well independently, as well with other Managers

Commitment to exceed guest expectations.

Strong attention to detail and a customer first approach. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure operational standards are consistently met.

Staff Development: Train, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position.

Administrative duties to include: scheduling, payroll and monthly inventory.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Ability to motivate team members.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience

Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience

Outstanding leadership and communication skills

Must have a positive attitude at all times.

Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and on‑call.

Experience with Micros and OpenTable operating systems is a plus.
