About This Role We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team. Children learn best through child‑led play‑based learning, and we embed this approach in our daily practice through programs such as Active, Drama, Language, Music and Sustainability.
The Role This opportunity is for a Teacher level 1‑5 (Teacher Award). Our early learning campuses inspire 0–6‑year‑olds to grow, learn and discover. The role involves creating a welcoming, age‑specific learning environment with engaging, interactive practices.
Key Duties
Planning and implementing the educational program, valuing a holistic view of each child’s development.
Maintaining ongoing records of children’s development, program and daily information.
Assisting with daily room tasks – e.g., activity preparation and mealtimes.
Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards.
Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations.
Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance.
Requirements Of The Role
Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualification.
Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood).
Full working rights.
Experience in planning and implementing an educational program that values a holistic view of each child’s development.
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
Effective implementation of pedagogy in teaching practice.
Valid employee Working with Children Check number.
