Job Description
Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, create energy and excitement around our products and services, and focus on customer needs first.
What you’ll do in your role:
Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and oversee all store functions from sales and inventory to new programs.
Sell personalized solutions beyond core device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Keep the store operating at its best.
Become proficient in digital tools and onboarding practices:
Present coverage options and highlight LTE network benefits.
Explain plans that allow customers to live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
Show how wireless is done, from device inspection to troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes.
Build relationships with employees across channels:
Own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless environment.
Identify and handoff small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships and maintain accountability for company success.
Provide first‑class customer experience while having a good time.
The ideal candidate:
Leadership experience and competitive drive.
Ability to lead team and share best practices.
Proficiency in operational, financial and performance management.
Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
Prior wireless sales experience.
