Retail Store Manager – WOOSTER | Burbank Rd
Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSM’s are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are first. They build meaningful connections with customers and have a passion for educating and recommending device and service solutions.
What you’ll do
Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
Oversee all store functions – sales, inventory, new programs and initiatives – to achieve sales goals.
Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Ensure the store is always at its best.
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
Digital tools & training
Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and benefits of plans.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills, systems and reference resources.
Cross‑channel collaboration
Own the customer experience and resolve issues with synergy across business and customer‑service channels.
Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
Build strong peer relationships and hold the team accountable.
Enjoy a fun environment while providing top‑class service.
Ideal candidate
Leadership ability.
Competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Willingness to lead and share best practices.
Operational, financial and performance management skills.
Excellent communication with team and customers.
Prior wireless sales experience.

Wireless sales experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Full‑time availability (45 hrs/week).
